A space to make sense of what you feel.

Online sessions for adults and young adults going through a difficult moment or a period of change.

A confidential space to think, to be heard and to feel more at ease with yourself.

Sessions in English or French Séances en anglais ou en français

Is this for you?

  • You're going through a change and don't quite feel like yourself.
  • You keep finding yourself in the same patterns and would like to understand why.
  • You have a lot on your mind and want time and space to think, without being told what to do.
  • You're not sure what you're feeling, only that you'd like to make sense of it.

If any of this feels familiar, a free 15-minute session is a gentle way to start.

How I work

My approach is psychoanalytically informed. That means I'm interested in you as a whole person, not just the problem you arrive with.

In our sessions, I listen closely to what you say and to what is hard to put into words, and we take time to explore how your past, your relationships and your inner world shape what you feel today.

There is no fixed agenda and no advice to follow. We go at your pace, and gradually, links start to appear that help things make more sense.

Questions you might have

Does online therapy work?

For many people, yes. Online sessions can be just as meaningful as in-person ones, and they make it easier to fit regular sessions into your life, wherever you are. We meet by secure video and all you need is a private space, a stable connection and a device. Online sessions aren't right for everyone and if it doesn't feel like a good fit, we can talk about it.

How long will I need to come?

It depends on what brings you here. Some people come for a few months to get through a specific transition, others prefer to continue for longer. We'll review together as we go, and you're always free to stop.

What if I'm not sure it's right for me?

That's completely normal. Your first free 15-minute session is a chance to talk about what brings you here and to see how it feels to work together, with no obligation to continue afterwards.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us, and your information is stored securely and handled in line with UK data protection law. The only exceptions are if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, or if I'm legally required to share information. I'll explain this fully in our first session.

What are your qualifications?

I trained in psychology in France, with a Master's in Psychoanalysis and Psychopathology at Aix-Marseille University. I have over 1,200 supervised clinical hours in psychiatric, family therapy, child protection and chronic illness settings. My HCPC registration is in progress.

When you feel ready
